Ps4 synapse

So I just got the nari ultimate today and I downloaded the synapse 3 application to my laptop went on there and change all my audio settings and lighting to my preference but everytime I unplug it and plug it into my ps4 it goes back to green lighting and it’s like my audio didnt change at all, so can someone comment and tell me what I’m doing wrong or if I just can’t do it? And on a side not my friends keep telling me they can here themselves through my mic and I’ve messed with the setting to figure it out and got nowhere! Can anyone answer this?!
