ps5 hammerhead hyperspeed

Just received my new earphones charged them fully but only one earphone is turning on? Left one isn't lighting up or anything, tried looking online on how to resolve this but nothing is working, has anyone had this issue and managed to get both earbuds working or have I received a bad pair and need to try and return.

Thanks for alerting us about your concern by posting it here on our support board. We’re sorry to hear about your experience with your new Razer Hammerhead HyperSpeed. Did you already try updating its firmware and testing the earbuds on multiple audio sources? Try charging it as well for at least 30 minutes to make sure. If the problem persists, it’s highly likely hardware-related. PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check our options for a possible replacement.
