Hi, so I have an issue I bought the Razer kraken kitty 7.1 gaming headset from currys as a gift to myself for my PlayStation 5 however I’m having issues with the volume on the actual headset, so the volume on the headset (the scroll at the back of the ear piece) isn’t working with the ps5 is it the ps that isn’t making it work or the fact the headset may be broken ? As they won’t let me return unless there’s an issue with the headset thanks for any answers
