Olá, pessoal!
Tenho um Razer Viper Ultimate e estou enfrentando um problema com o dongle USB sem fio.
O dongle fica conectando e desconectando do computador repetidamente, fazendo aquele som do Windows de dispositivo USB sendo conectado e desconectado. Com isso, não consigo utilizar o mouse normalmente no modo sem fio.
Já fiz alguns testes:
- Testei em diferentes portas USB;
- Testei em outro computador;
- O problema continua acontecendo em outro PC;
- O mouse funciona normalmente quando conectado pelo cabo.
Por isso, acredito que o problema possa estar no próprio dongle USB.
O mouse já está fora da garantia, então gostaria de saber se existe alguma coisa que eu possa tentar para solucionar o problema ou se existe a possibilidade de comprar um dongle de reposição para o Viper Ultimate.
Alguém já passou por esse problema ou sabe alguma solução?

I have a Razer Viper Ultimate and I’m having an issue with the wireless USB dongle.
The dongle keeps connecting and disconnecting from my computer repeatedly, making the Windows USB connect/disconnect sound each time. Because of this, I’m unable to use the mouse normally in wireless mode.
I have already tried a few things:
- Tested different USB ports;
- Tested it on another computer;
- The problem continues to happen on the other PC;
- The mouse works normally when connected via the USB cable.
Because of this, I believe the problem may be with the USB dongle itself.
The mouse is already out of warranty, so I would like to know if there is anything else I can try to fix the problem, or if it is possible to purchase a replacement dongle for the Viper Ultimate.
Has anyone experienced this problem before or knows of any possible solution?
