Hi there, I was really excited to get my razer blackshark v3 pro but out of the box the dongle doesn’t work or light up at all. the headset works when wired to the pc, but the dongle itself is the problem. I’ve tried fixing this in the software but synapse says the headset needs to be connected via 2.4 GHz. Any help is much appreciated.

Let me help you with your headset. Is the dongle detected in the Device Manager? Can you test it on another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
