purchased gold and paid with crypto.. txn shows completed but no gold.

Transaction still shows pending but the etherscan transaction ID shows success and complete. No word on support. I guess I’m out 400 USDC. Be real careful using pay with crypto because obviously something isn’t working and your money may be in limbo.

You would think supporting this platform with hundreds of dollars would warrant at least a conversation or reply to my support tickets or at least an email response. 

Still no word on my support ticket. Haven’t heard anything for two days. Pay with crypto still shows “payment form expired” and nothing in emails. Tf is going on?

They said to contact the bank or payment method to remedy as my transaction failed. Obviously untrue considering the sending succeeded as per the etherscan address. Razer gold and pay with crypto is an absolute robbery. If something goes wrong they will not help you. If I don’t receive my money in gold or refund I will bring this to small claims court by the end of the week. Absolute horrid service and their customer service for gold is only active for three hours or so during the day. Avoid at all costs. Worst experience I’ve ever seen considering their payment processor FAILED and they act as if it’s my responsibility for their service not working correctly.

I've. Reload the gold  and the amount has been deducted from my account but i didn't receive my gold still and it's been 24hrs .
