Purchased in November 2019, Razer says limited warranty expired

Hey guys,
My Razer Phone 2 has been hit with the infamous display not working issue. I've tried resetting the phone as mentioned in the official guide several times, but to no effect. It never starts up.
I tried to log a support ticket for this on the razer website, but when I punched in my IMEI, it said limited warranty expired - precise error:
Your product is no longer covered by Razer's Limited Warranty

According to this: https://www.razer.com/warranty, the warranty is supposed to last for 1 year from retail purchase - I bought it in November 2019 (Thanksgiving), so how does it say the warranty expired?
Kindly advise how to proceed on this - it's impacting my productivity pretty much.
