So I bought the Wolverine V3 4K controller yesterday and have yet to received an invoice even though I have been charge. I was silly and paid as a guest and did not sign in as I could not remember my account info at the time. The Support channel is completely useless as it asks me for details that I should have got from the invoice/ confirmation email. This is ridiculous service. Why would I have to jump though hoops to try and find this informations out when I’m the one that GAVE YOU MONEY FOR AN ITEM. Razer make it very hard to even contact a real person or even be able to email them. So what can I do? Any help would be appreciated.
