Put in an order cancel ticket 30 minutes after my order and it still shipped

So i put in a support ticket to cancel my order about 30 minutes after ordering my product and recieved no email in response and about a couple hours later i put in a second one just in case.

 

Next thing i know i get an email saying that my order has been shipped. This was less than a day ago, what do i need to do to prevent this from going through
