I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an urgent quality issue with the Razer Barracuda Pro headphones.

 

Numerous online reviews and reports indicate that the headband of the Razer Barracuda Pro, particularly the rotating ear cups, have a significant weakness. Many users report that these plastic components break on their own without excessive use or improper handling. This issue not only shortens the product's lifespan but also causes considerable frustration for customers.

 

As a loyal customer of Razer products, I am very concerned about these reports because I myself have become a victim of this product. The quality and durability of your products have always been a crucial factor in my purchasing decisions. I hope that Razer takes this problem seriously and takes appropriate measures to improve product quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

Good luck. 

After 22 days of forwards and backwards with their support, I’ve been told they do not ship to the country I purchased them in, although they have numerous AUTHORIZED resellers here.

 

They suggested to ship them to e.g. the states so that they can be RMA’d there, then, I need to SHIP THEM BACK to my country. Its $150 for me to ship them ONE WAY to the states. This is utter nonsense.
I spent so much on these and they failed exactly as you describe and I’ve basically been told too bad.
So pissed off now.
