Questians and Problems aboout Razer Deathadder V3 Pro


Hello I have some questians and problems about my 1 day old Deathadder V3 Pro.
 

-First problem is, when im using my mouse wired it freezes for like a split second to a second.

-My question is, the lower part (where the id is) looks different from the other models instead of an id and a barcode there are some numbers and letters with a qr code i didn’t see anyones deathadder on the internet like that, because of that i want a razer support staff to check my mouse is original or a bootleg.

 

-My other question is when i click visit this devices’s support page it sends me to deathadder v2 support page is it just a mistake or a bootlegy thing going on.

You can post a photo of the bottom of the mouse (connected to pc, working) to verify. But as far as I know, there are no DAv3Pro counterfeits (yet).

With the QR code part etc - it’s most probably some newer batch, so it have different S/N P/N information layout.

For the 3rd problem - you visit the product page via Synapse? If yes which version is it - Synapse 3 / Synapse 4?

I am using Synapse 4 and heres a photo of my mouse connected wireless to my mouse.

But it is so annoying that i can’t use my mouse wired.

Try older Synapse 3 instead: https://www.razer.com/synapse-3 cause Synapse 4 may be buggy sometimes.

And the mouse looks legit - it’s just a new batch 2024, 41th week.
