Good evening, i have a question, i have kraken tournament edition and a sound card asus xonar phoebus. I want know if i must use the remote control or use the jack direct on the sound card. Cauze if i use the remote control with usb i have this sound card without nothing plug in. For the best sound for me is better use jack or remote control?
@Kram87 Kraken TE is an analog headset so plugging it into an awesome sound card like what you currently have is the ideal set up. What remote control are you referring to though?
this headset (tournament edition) have a remote control for balance audio, bass and thx) when i use this is all fine, but when i use my headset plugging into a sound card i have bad sound, i have already try to unistall synapse and my software audio by ausu ( my xonar phoebus audio sound card) but nothing. My only option is use remote control. But i want know if i use the remote control, my sound card work (asus xonar)?

The USB audio controller included in the package serves as a sound card so that would be a no go. You'll have to use a splitter cable to get both audio and mic to work if you want to use your Asus Xonar. Do note that you will have to adjust the EQ settings of your Xonar should you want to go that route.
ah okay that's is the way i listen bad without usb audio controller, thanks now i go to try this splitter cable. If i have the same problem can again write here? Thanks for the support.
