Question about my new Blackwidow v3

Hello, I have question about my new keyboard. I receive my Blackwidow v3 last Saturday. Since, I noticed that the multimedia wheel is kinda weird. I explain, the wheel can be clicked, but the right part of the wheel is harder to push than the left side. Is it normal or my wheel is broken ? Thank you for your response.

I understand that your device is brand new, but when did the behavior start? Was there any incident that occurred to the keyboard? Let's isolate the issue first by following the steps from this link.
