Hello Razer Support,
I recently purchased the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro 8K PC Edition (RZ06‑05540) for around €250, because I understood from product descriptions and reviews that this model includes the Smooth Filter feature for thumbsticks.
I have updated the firmware, installed Razer Synapse 4, and also tried the Razer Controller Setup for Xbox app from the Microsoft Store. However, the option for Smooth Filter does not appear anywhere in the software.
Could you please clarify:

Is Smooth Filter actually available for the PC version of the Wolverine V3 Pro 8K?

If not, will it be added in a future software update?

Which application should I use to access this feature on Windows 11?
I feel misled because I bought the Pro 8K specifically for this advertised feature, but right now it seems unavailable. I would appreciate an official statement so I know whether to wait for an update or accept that the feature is not supported on PC.
