Hello,
I had a Logitech g533 before the Blackshark v2 pro. It had exactly the same or older technology used for the wireless connection, and yet the range of the Logitech was about 3 times higher. I have it on a USB 3.1 port inside and still the range is so short, and sometimes it breaks even though I'm sitting right next to it. Is there something wrong with me, or is it intentional? Never had Razer products before and find the headset also good, except that the range is so small.
Hope I get a quick answer and have a nice day

That's odd. Were you able to check if the issue happens while the headset is paired to another device? Did you also try updating its firmware? I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to send me a PM anytime or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
