Hi all and razer

I want to ask can i remove the ear cover of the headphone of the razer barracuda x 2022 and wash it?

I tried to remove the cover but aftaid i break that

 

And why there's no more online support or email support for us now?

If staff can contact me through email, please do it. this insider website does not make everything more convenient😞

Yeah, the cushions on the Barracuda X just pull off the earcup, they are only held on by friction so you won't break anything giving them a firm tug. I would not machine wash them though, the foam inside soaks up water and takes forever to dry out properly. I just wipe mine down with a damp cloth and let them air dry, and Razer sells official replacement cushions for the Barracuda X if yours are getting worn out.

You can remove the ear cushions of your headset as illustrated on this link. Take a lint-free microfiber cloth and gently wet it with a mild soap and water solution to wipe them down. Please send me a PM for any other concerns.
