I recently bought a Razer Kraken Ultimate and was mostly happy with it. Although there were a few nuances that I think are defects. (Or it may just be OCD). First of all, the THX button is either always on or off. I could only change it in the Synapse app. However, that completely defeats the point the button in the first place. Also, the volume wheel only works when I apply a bit of pressure so that there is a tactile turn. Without applying pressure, the wheel just turns with raise the sound. Can someone please help me.
