Question Regarding Razer BlackShark V3 Pro Compatibility with PS5

Dear Razer Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to ask about the compatibility of the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro with the PlayStation 5. Is there any functional difference between the "BlackShark V3 Pro for PlayStation" version and the regular "BlackShark V3 Pro" when used on a PS5?

I have been waiting for a restock of the PlayStation version for quite some time, but it has not become available again. If both versions work the same on PS5, I would consider purchasing the regular edition instead.

I am located in Germany, so if possible, I would greatly appreciate it if your reply could also be provided in German to avoid any misunderstanding. If this is not possible, an English response is of course no problem.

    I want to know this as well. I recently purchased the PC version of the Blackshark V3 Pro and was disappointed when using them on PS5. The volume increments when using the headset volume knob were way too large, like 15-20% each notch on PS5, on PC it was fine with the increments being 4% each notch. Was hoping maybe that wasn’t the case with the playstation version

    I'd like to know the answer too!! I can't use my headset warranty claim/credit towards other retailers and the Playstation Headset is out of stock currently on Amazon, unless I buy the Pro version, which I might wait for Black Friday and see if there's a sale. I'm just gonna assume that both of your worries are true and that it's probably better to get the Playstation official deal version.  Surprised no one has answered you yet. I'd like to talk to support about this but I can't reach them without a product number
