I placed an order about a week ago and the product arrived a few days ago (razer cobra pro) but I’ve yet to see any emails regarding redemption of the system override skin

Thank you for sharing your concern here. Could you please tell me where did you purchased your Razer device? If you made the purchase through Razer.com, please send me a private message together with your order number, and I'll be happy to look into this for you. Also, could you please provide a screenshot or picture that confirms you can redeem a override skin? You can upload the screenshot/picture to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
