Thank you for sharing your concern here. Could you please tell me where did you purchased your Razer device? If you made the purchase through Razer.com, please send me a private message together with your order number, and I'll be happy to look into this for you. Also, could you please provide a screenshot or picture that confirms you can redeem a override skin? You can upload the screenshot/picture to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
