Questions about battery and fan issues | Razer Insider

Hey. I got my Razer Blade 15 2021 base [model RZ09-0369AE22] last year for my birthday. It's been over a year now and I've experienced two mechanical failures.

1. One of my fan bearings apparently broke which caused loud vibrating sounds. But it stopped making vibrating noises a few days after I found out. Does that mean the fan broke? Or did it somehow fix itself? I can't tell if it's working or not.

2. Today I noticed my touchpad started bulging out and according to others, the battery is swelling. Does the battery count as the Laptop warranty or power supplies warranty?

Right now I can't open up my laptop because I don't have the right Torx screwdriver to do so.

3. I don't wanna risk the battery melting and damaging internals, but is it highly dangerous to continue using it? Or would it be a long time before any real damage occurs?

I use it for around 8-9 hours every day during the week and 13-16 hours on Saturday and Sunday.

Please limit your laptops since a touchpad pushed upwards is a sign of a bloated battery. Also, please follow the recommended steps from this article to reduce fan noise on the Razer Blade. Let me know how it went. I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to send me a PM anytime or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
