Hi, I'm very interested in purchasing the Blade 16 with the highest option. I was wondering if it's possible to upgrade from Windows Home to Pro and if a keyboard layout with Korean characters is available. (Additionally, I can't reach customer service without a serial number, which I don't have. Is there an email or another way to contact them?) Thank you in advance!
