Questions about razer nari essencial and software

Hi!, I have a few questions. Lets go to the first. 1º. In the headset box it's say that nari essencial is compatible with THX, but i see in the page of THX that i need to buy a license. Nari essencial come with that license or i need to buy it?. 2º. In razer synapse 3, in the Audio -> Sound window i see the spatialization modes section and it give to me 3 modes (stereo, surround sound and game mode). When i select game mode its say that i can choose between ambiental THX and competitive THX, but it dont give me the option to choose that. Another question is that when I'm changing the modes between stereo, surround sound and game mode, the audio don't change, I hear the same. 3º. Since i start using sorround sound, i get lower FPS, its normal? THANKS!!
