Quick Question about BlackShark V2 X on XBOX Series S

Recently, I purchased the Razer Blackshark V2 X headset for my Xbox Series S. While I love its design, I've noticed that the audio sounds a bit too low. I've searched online for a solution but couldn't find one. If anyone has experience with this and could help me out, I'd appreciate it! Thanks!

To isolate the problem, please make sure the device volume is not set too low. Please also refer to this article for troubleshooting steps. If that doesn’t help, PM me with your device serial number so I can verify its model and provide additional workarounds. All the best!​
