I recently purchased an Ornata V3 keyboard and noticed that the 'R' key isn't functioning. I've already tried troubleshooting by performing a hard reset, reinstalling the software, and even using an alternate system, but the issue persists. Please advise on further steps I can take.

Not that I can help. But I have had a problem with this keyboard which is similar. Unfortunately, without any help from support, I have had to return the product.
