Just got a new Black Widow and the R button stops working after every 5th or so click. I have tried resetting, uninstalling and yet it still happens. Is this an error and if so how do I send it back?

Let me assist you with your keyboard. Can you clean the R key with a can of compressed air to blow away any debris? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the key input issue.
