R Λ Z Ξ R Ornata V3 X - Wrist-Rest Modifications?

Hello R Λ Z Ξ R community, I recently just picked up a keyboard of which is the R Λ Z Ξ R Ornata V3 X. Thinking that a newer version "v3" would have all of the features from the previous versions (v1, v2) and more, but actually it has slightly less. I would like to ask, "Is there is any way to modify the wrist-rest, allowing it to physically connect to the keyboard?" If so, please provide ways. I have been thinking about adding adhesive back magnetic tape, double-side adhesive tape, or adhesive back velcro strips inside and or outside of both components (keyboard & wrist-rest). My other idea, was to install some back-flap or any other types of hinges to both the keyboard and wrist-rest. Thank you in advance, hope that we can figure ways to make this work.
