Dear Razer Support Team,

 

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and attempted to register the product on your website under my Razer account. However, I received an error message stating that the serial number is already registered to another account.

 

I can confirm that the serial number was entered correctly, and this is a brand-new product that I purchased personally. I would like to request your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring the product is registered under my account.
