• When did the issue start to occur? • Were there any incidents with your headset before the issue? i.e. dropped, accidental pull while standing up, etc. • Do you happen to use more force than usual when removing the headset? • Were there any incidents of pulling or tugging the headsets, making them stretch beyond their limit?
