Hello,

 

Any idea why the PS4 Pro needs to reconnect to Raiju TE every time?

Thanks for posting your question on our support board. Just to clarify, are you saying that you need to pair your controller every time you turn on your PS4? Please PM me the serial number of your controller so I can validate its model and assist you accordingly.

Yes, that’s true,  the serial number is PM1917304103047.

This may be due to multiple accounts on the PlayStation, if you link the controller while not in the main account, and unstable operation is also observed if you use a dualshock in parallel with raiju
