I have the razer raiju ultimate and I have some issues like when I'm playing some game with the controller it shows like I use an Xbox controller and there are some games that I cant play with the controller like Forza horizon, motorsport, and even more, I hope someone could help me

Are you playing those games outside of Steam, and is the controller detected as an Xbox controller on both wired and Bluetooth connections? Do send me the serial number of your controller. I can use it to verify its model and look for other ways to resolve this issue. Let's go there.
