Raiju Ultimate BT issue with PS4 - new controller and no warranty?

BT on PS4 working only for once, that's mean when I turn off my PS4 and then turn it on, controller won't connect and I need use DualShock for connect Raiju again in pairing mode. Raiju Ultimate was brought last month and regoster on my account same time, when I need contact with Razer Support they saying Limited Warranty is finished ?
