Raiju Ultimate L2 button lose

Hi all, my Raiju Ultimate's L2 button has been lose since I purchased it. If I am playing a driving game and lightly touch the L2 button it will make the car apply brakes. I can't find any info on how to fix this or get a replacement. Thank you in advance.
