Raiju Ultimate not bluetooth recognized with steam

Hello team,

 

I’ve been the owner of a Raiju Ultimate since 2018, and i recently wanted to connect the controller to my windows 11 pc. And the weird thing is happening : 

  • The USB plug works perfectly fine
  • The bluetooth pairing works with windows 11 (its paired)

But the controler doesn’t stop to blink, and steam doesn’t recognize any controler.

 

I’ve installed the 2021 firmware and the 2018 driver.

 

Any idea?

Hi Orus17Unholy, 

 

The continuous blinking indicates that while your Razer Raiju Ultimate is paired, it has not finalized the handshake connection with Windows 11, or it is using an incompatible driver. Steam will not recognize the controller until this handshake is complete and it is recognized as a valid HID device. PM me your Razer controller's SN: (Follow steps here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/548/~/how-to-find-the-serial%2C-product%2C-or-part-number-on-a-razer-device) together with  the firmware and driver versions you installed, so I can provide you specific troubleshooting steps.
