Raiju Ultimate - Working only in PS4 menu

Hi, I've bougth a neary new Ultimate controller and was looking forward to play with it. But unfortunately the controller is working only in the PS4 menu. I can navigate to every function. But with opening any application/game the controller isn't working any more. No usage of buttons or sticks shows any reaction. Only the PS-button works and I can get back to the PS4-menu. I've already upgraded to the latest firmware 1.6.0.0 und tried resetting the controller by the android app and also by hardware-reset (tiny hole on the backside). After a few times of repeatedly resetting I could start a game and was happy. But next day the same thing. Has anyone a good hint, what the problem could be?
