My razor raiju v3 wont charge, i tried multiple adapters and used the right cable. The charging loght flashes orange for a second and then off.

I understand that your Razer Raiju V3 is not charging. To help isolate the issue, could you please send me a PM along with the following details below?

1. Has the controller been dropped, exposed to liquid, or sustained any physical damage?
2. Can the controller still be powered on and used while connected via USB?
3. Does the issue occur when connected to different USB ports on a PC or console?
4. Have you noticed any swelling, overheating, or unusual behavior from the battery?
