Raiser Kraken v4. The sound disappears, the problem is in the firmware.

Good afternoon.

I bought a Razer Kraken V4 | RZ04-0517, faced two problems:

1) The sound in the headphones is turned off when you start a game. It may just disappear during a conversation in Discord. At the same time, there are no audio signals about loss of connection, if you open Synapse, you can see that the headphones are connected at this moment, but there is no sound in them. Reinstalling Synapse does not help, or rather it helps, until the moment I launch the application (any one), as after a few seconds, and sometimes even minutes, the sound disappears. I had a similar difficulty with my previous Razer Naga headphones, at that time I was recommended to flash the headphones and the wireless dongle, I also saw a similar problem on YouTube on Razer Kraken v3, the video also recommended flashing the headphones and dongle. I wanted to check for a firmware update for my headphones, but there is no firmware on the support site that could be updated... Please provide a link to download the updated firmware or provide an alternative solution to the problem.

2) How can I turn off the sound of pressing the buttons “power on, power off, mic on, mic off, pairing, ect”? I work remotely and it is important for me to be in touch with colleagues, but I am very uncomfortable with this function, because when this "Assistant" speaks, the main incoming sound stream is interrupted and only the voice of the "Assistant" is heard, this is very disturbing, since some important information is lost and I get into an awkward position in front of colleagues, because you have to ask them again! I think if this is not possible, then you just have to solve this issue in your next firmware!

I am having this same issue with the sound cutting out while using discord.

Literally having every single problem you are talking about, I’m very dissapointed

i’m with the issue for Euro Truck Simulator 2
when i launch the game via TruckerMP (Mod for ETS2) the sound is just gone
to get my sound back i have to unplug the Razer USB Stick
Plug it in again and Sound is back
There are no changement in the Windows Sound Settings

I Have Crispy Audio sometimes like Something interfere with the Connection.

Funny point it happens also with the Cable on and no dongle plugged in.

It's gone if I turn Off Synapse but then the quality is like ass poor.

Second Problem if I'm in Discord the most Persons here them Selfes over the Headset I'm really pissed and not very happy with the Product.

And to be clear I have to reduce my outgoing voice Volume extrem (45% atm) and also the sensitivity adjust manually so I'm need to be extrem loud to to be heard and I'm fully uncomfortable with it push to talk is for me no Option on games like Tarkov I'm dead for pressing this buttons and I have no free reachable button.

And because I know all this stuff vanish if I close Synapse I don't write a ticket it's pain in the ass to tell the Problems then they ask u 100 stupid questions and 10000 "tricks" that my help even if mostly all tested and even checked a lot of internet sites for fixes before the ticket.

Oh and Multiply Programs with audio can crash Synapse also funny.
