raizer raiju ultimate drift problems

So i bought a raizer raiju ultimate controller and i have drift problems there is any fix? when im playing my player does a 360 turn with me ordering him to do so and sometimes he dosnt respond correctly to my orders from my new raizer controller... thats not the case with a standard ps4 controller so there is something to do with the raizer one... any help for this? I have the latest version of the controller download and install it

    Hello there! Can I have the specific version of the current firmware of your Raiju Ultimate? Also, is this happening in wired or wireless mode? Let me know.

    honestly I dont think so even the customer service guy gave up and he told me.to ask for a refund from the store hahahaha
