Ran into trouble uninstalling/Reinstalling Synapse

A while back I received instructions on how to uninstall and re-inistall Synapse from m yRazer Blade in order to see if that would help with my fan constantly running. I was finally able to start the process, but I ran into trouble almost immediately and now I have no Synapse on my computer. The issue is that the instructions have me removing things that I simply cannot find on my computer. I have all files and extensions showing. The first instruction is to uninstall Razer Synapse. That I did. The next instruction tells me to uninstall Razer Chroma SDK Core Components. There is no application or file named Razer Chroma SDK Core components on my computer. If I search for it I just get directed to the Internet. The next instruction is to remove all files in Program Files (x86) in Razer Synapse. I cannot find that folder The next instruction is to delete all files in c:\\ ProgramData\\Razer\\Synapse. I cannot find that folder. The instructions go on a lot farther but at that point I just stopped. All I accomplished was the uninstallation of Razer Synapse. What to do now?
