Random Crashes

I purchased my 2021 Blade 15 Advanced in November 2021. Out of the box, it worked amazing. Recently, I had to wipe the computer as I switched jobs and had client information on it. Since reformating my computer and reinstalling Windows 11 I've had numerous crashes. The screen turns black and I get a red outline of what I was doing on the laptop before it crashed (always while gaming). I checked the .DMP file and used whocrashed to get a dummy down version of what happened. This is the result : Computer name: Windows version: Windows 11, 10.0, version 2009, build: 22000 (x64) Windows dir: C:\\WINDOWS Hardware: Blade 15 Advanced Model (Mid 2021) - RZ09-0409, Razer, CH570 CPU: GenuineIntel 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz 8664, level: 6 Processor count: 16 logical processors, active mask: 65535 RAM: 16199.6MB Crash Dump Analysis Crash dumps are enabled on your computer. Crash dump directories: C:\\WINDOWS C:\\WINDOWS\\Minidump On Thu 4/21/2022 10:20:07 PM your computer crashed or a problem was reported Crash dump file: C:\\WINDOWS\\MEMORY.DMP (Kernel memory dump) Bugcheck code: 0x101(0xC, 0x0, 0xFFFFC0819A965180, 0xC) Bugcheck name: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT Driver or module in which error occurred: intelppm.sys (intelppm+0x153f) File path: C:\\WINDOWS\\System32\\drivers\\intelppm.sys Description: Processor Device Driver Product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System Company: Microsoft Corporation Bug check description: This indicates that an expected clock interrupt on a secondary processor, in a multi-processor system, was not received within the allocated interval. This can be caused by non-responding hardware or by a overheated CPU (thermal issue). Analysis: This is likely caused by a hardware problem, but there is a possibility that this is caused by a misbehaving driver. This bugcheck indicates that a timeout has occurred. This may be caused by a hardware failure such as a thermal issue or a bug in a driver for a hardware device. Read this article on thermal issues A full memory dump will likely provide more useful information on the cause of this particular bugcheck. The crash took place in a Microsoft module. The description of the module may give a hint about a non responding device in the system. On Wed 4/20/2022 2:24:51 PM your computer crashed or a problem was reported Crash dump file: C:\\WINDOWS\\Minidump\\042022-10078-01.dmp (Minidump) Bugcheck code: 0x9C(0x80000001, 0xFFFFF8052E0F1B30, 0x0, 0x0) Bugcheck name: MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION Bug check description: This bug check indicates that a fatal machine check exception has occurred. Analysis: This is likely a hardware problem. It's unlikely that this problem is caused by a misbehaving driver. Hardware failure is often caused by overheating. Read this article on thermal issues I've seen a few posts suggesting I go into regedit and change the start value for intelppm.sys from 3 to 4, however, I don't know what that will do. I'm beginning to think my reformat and reinstall of window's may have encountered an error, or I just did it wrong (not sure how). Any help would be appreciated. Thank you,

First thing I'd try update your chipset / gpu drivers from Intel website directly.
