Hi I have just upgraded my corebox pro with the addition of a GeForce GFX 2060 housed in a Core X enclosure. I have an issue with windows freezing randomly since adding the eGPU. There are many old threads on this topic that point the finger squarely at the core X but none offer a solution. I've messed with driver configurations and settings, disabled onboard adapter to no avail.

I will be very grateful for any help here I've spent the best part of £900 on hardware that's currently useless.
