this is my keyboard information: blackwidow chroma v2 model number: RZ03-0203 product number: RZ03-02030200-R3U1 i am experiencing random key spamming. i am installed, uninstalled, re-installed synapse v2 three times and the problem is still occurring. any suggestions on a fix?

      Hello there! Can you share a video of the issue? Also, have you tried plugging it into another PC to see if the same issue persists? Let me know.

      the problem is random. a video is hard to get. if i am gaming for hours, randomly or any time, it happens at least once. however, it is persistent on other pcs. there are variant parts of the spamming problem. when recording a macro and the spam occurs, it is never stops until i shut down synapse. when play any game, the w and/or arrow up buttons spam but stop after i press them a few times.

      I see. Does the same issue happen if Synapse is not running? Can you send over the serial number of your Blackwidow Chroma V2 to me through PM? Let's continue there.

      no. when i exited it to shut it down, the spamming stopped and all is well. yes. it have sent the serial number to you in a pm.
