I am having problems with my Razer Blade 15 (2019) base. The clock keeps changing and when I turn on the computer it takes ages for it to start, it keeps turning on and off multiple times. These problems seem to be caused by a bad CMOS battery. I have been looking for a replacement but I can't find which type of CMOS battery i need. Which CMOS battery do I need and is it possible to get a CMOS battery from Razer?

Razer is not selling CMOS batteries. However, I can start a case and forward your concern to the Support Team so they can look into our options and offer them to you. Please send me the serial number via PM so I can validate its model, and we'll take it from there. Thanks!
