Raptor (144 Hz) not being detected by Synapse

I installed the new Synapse beta since all my Razer devices were listed in the supported devices (including Raptor). Both DP and USB-C cables are connected to my PC. Somehow Raptor is not being detected by Synapse although anything that I connect through its USB ports seems to be functioning properly. Another strange behavior is, when I play Diablo 4, Raptor’s lights also turn to red just like the rest of the Razer devices, although it is not shown in Synapse.

PS: Latest firmware is already installed and I’m using Windows 11, which is also up-to-date.

Yes! I had an open ticket for this and I received an email saying that the new version of Synapse would fix it. I installed it and now Synapse 4 detects all my devices, including the Raptor.
