Comprei um RAZER KRAKEN X LITE - ESSENTIAL WIRED GAMING HEADSET, Quando fui raspar o código para fazer a ativação acabou desaparecendo alguns dígitos, Comprei dia 9 de agosto e até o dia de hoje 18/09/23 estou mandando suporte para solucionar meu problema mais não estou tendo sucesso. Alguém que teve o mesmo problema que eu puder me ajudar serei totalmente grato. ME AJUDE!

Hello, I need help. I bought a RAZER KRAKEN X LITE - ESSENTIAL WIRED GAMING HEADSET. When I tried to scratch off the code for activation, some digits disappeared. I bought it on April 22, 2024. If anyone who had the same problem as me can help, I would be totally grateful. HELP ME!
