I have used my naga pro for a while and love it.
However, adobe broke my windows and Ive had to do a full reset.
Since then, my mouse wont connect via bluetooth anymore (which ist a problem due to limited usb a slots).
The dongle works fine.
There is 2 problems:
1. The mouse will NOT go into pairong mode. On trying, die dpi buttons also dont react when pressed anymore.
2. Still, my laptop recognises the Naga and offers to pair. But whenever I click connect, my laptop replies it was unable to do so.
Inhave already done the whole synapse reinstall, uldated the firmware, reset the naga to factory setting.
Is there another option to get the device into pairing mode than the three buttons? Sth I can set up in synapse maybe?
