Hello,
Today I found my Razer nari ultimate headset to suddenly no longer work on battery power. turns off immediately when disconnecting charger without even a low bat sound. It has worked flawlessly since 2021 and is plugged in when not in use, so charge shouldn’t be a problem.
is there any precedent for this issue, perhaps a software refresh if it seems to no longer detect the battery ( though synapse went from ‘charging’ icon to red ‘low battery’ icon).
Any help is much appreciated,
