Raxer Blackwidow V3 useless during system boot
I'm shocked that the Blackwidow is completely useless until the OS boots. I'm trying to get into the BIOS setup and the keyboard does not respond to any key presses. If there's no special command that will allow a user to access the system settings, this keyboard is totally useless.

Continuing on with this keyboard, I have found that the game mode is completely non-functional. I press the FN key with F10 and nothing, the light doesn't even turn on. I have it configured to prevent the windows key from functioning along with Disable ALT-TAB and DIsable ALT-F4. Nothing, the lilght will not turn on. I think I need to return this keyboard.

@John3.14 If the keyboard is not detected until the system boot, you may need to check the USB settings on BIOS. Regarding the Gaming mode, you can customize which key to disable on Synapse 3. If you're encountering the same problem, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and look for other workarounds to help you address the issue.
