Rayer Kiyo - USB device not recognised

This is happening randomly, sometimes it lasts for days, sometimes the camera works. I believe it has to do with Windows 10 updates and the Razer drivers that mess up the configuration. I've tried every possible work around but nothing helps make sure it won't happen again. Has this happened to anyone apart from me? Anyone's found a good fix? Thanks a lot! In any case, can anyone let me know how I can clean uninstall everything from Razer? Thank you!

Have the same problem with my Kiyo pro. Synapse 3 won't recognise the camera. Followed all the instructions as per Razer support line and still no bueno with the synapse 3 software. I can still use the camera but cannot access all the settings for the camera. Come on Razer!

I have exactly the same problem than you, I can use the camera with Streamlabs OBS and Windows etc but Synapse doesn't recognize it and I can't have access all the settings for the camera! Razer, any info?

HELP! This is STUPID! Doesn't anyone test before MS releases updates and patches? I can NOT use my EXPENSIVE CAMERA. I am MOST UNHAPPY. I am a professor, all of my courses are by ZOOM. I need the dang camera to work every time. I even did a clean uninstall today and a reinstall. "The Welcome to the New Razer Synapse" garbage is NOT recognizing my device. I guess I will have to go fork over the money and buy a WEBCAM that works. This whole synapse thing is too complicated. Two pieces of software - one for newer stuff and one for legacy stuff. Can't you write code so that it is a single solution? HELP!

I've just had resolution to this. I got the latest update of the Synapse 3.0 software and now no problem with recognition of the Kiyo pro camera each time. Thanks Razer.
