Raza Naga Trinity Pogo Pins

Hi, Please help if you can I have had this issue pretty much since I have had my mouse around 2 years but it hasn't bothered me so much due to me not play MMOs and using the 15 side button set up however I have recently got in to WOW and its causing me a big issue now. Basically on random numbers when I'm gaming the mouse will register the number presses but sometimes I have to be very firm on some of the buttons I did some jnvestigation when the issue happens and I took of the side plate and looked at the pins. The numbers that took a very form press to register their pogo pin had only come half way out were all the others were at full length. Can anyone help me fix this as the clear issue to my problem is that the pins are not extending fully out when sometimes pressed leaving the next key register to have to be very firm to register the button press.
