Hello,
I’ve had my Iskur V1 for quite some time now and I like the chair. The welding at the base snapped some time ago, but chair was still stable enough, but recently it became unstable and wobbly.
I’m out of warranty, I checked my serial number, and I was wondering if i could buy a replacement base for the chair from you.
Please let me know.

Was there any incident that occurred before the issue occurred?
What activities were you doing before the issue occurred?
Did someone use your gaming chair, whose height and weight are beyond the gaming chair’s capacity?
